Good evening, This will be the 3 attempt. It’s now been over a year and 5 repairmen trying to fix our double oven convection induction range. After boiling water two days before Thanksgiving last year we heard a pop noise. Since then we have had a F47 on our range only the front two burners work and nor does either one of our ovens. I am truly upset and seeing how much this oven cost we can’t afford to replace it with something like this. We have already spent a lot of money on service calls and they said it would one be a trial and error and any product purchased would be non returnable. With Whirlpool being around for many years I would have thought that they would do the right thing and replace it. I am truly disappointed in the run around and customer service and quality of product.

We have enjoyed getting 'to know' our range! While we work hard at keeping the top looking spotless, I find that it is a bit tedious to keep it that way. We have enjoyed both the oven and the convection oven.

We purchased this oven in 2014. It has had one problem after another. Whirlpool has repaired it (through Via) and even replaced it and yet all of the problems continue. You cannot use the induction burners and the oven at the same time because the entire unit turns off with FEATURE NOT AVAILABLE (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nexVtWh5vTU) and then it won't work for 10 minutes. The ovens do not hold a consistent temperature. You can set it for 350, the display says 350 and the actual temperature is MUCH lower. The only way to keep the temperature at 350 is to turn it off, and then reset the temp. The unit will then tell you the actual temperature and preheat back up to 350. This makes baking long batches of cookies or roasting large meat item nearly impossible. Sometimes the unit will decide to beep incessantly for several hours, for no reason. Now, I get several error on the unit when I plug it back it in. Why do I unplug it? To get it to stop BEEPING! I would very much like my money back so I can replace this unit.

Did not last 3 years for us. We have had constant issues with the entire range throughout that time with incorrect oven temperatures, and the induction cooktop just popped and will no longer work. Now we must purchase a brand new oven since it will cost too much money to replace the cooktop. Very disappointing. Will no longer be purchasing Whirlpool appliances.

I bought this stove in 2014. The ovens have failed 5 times. The same part has been replaced 4 times. Did Whirlpool ever suggest a replacement? No. this oven is a lemon and I got stuck with the bill.
