As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you are an American with a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (440) 449-2650 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for any American with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Snow Bros. is currently swimming upstream in unchartered waters. We are unsure of what we should do to best serve our employees, consumers and community but we are doing our best. At the moment we will remain open with a "hands off" approach. We have a lot of surface areas that people tend to touch quite often. To avoid having germs spread we are asking that customers who feel the need to come into the store do not touch any of the appliances and let the sales staff here, who are equipped with gloves, open and close appliances. Although, we would strongly encourage customers stay home. Here is a list of ways to reach us:

If you have been working with a sales person we would be happy to send photos of products on display or even FaceTime! We currently are short staffed so please be patient as we get through all of our inquiries, voicemails and emails. For the safety of our delivery team, we do ask that if anyone in your family is feeling unwell, please let us know and we will happily reschedule your delivery once everyone is feeling well. You will be given a priority delivery time when you are able to reschedule.
