the only reason this gets three stars is because I bought the oven towards the end of 2019 and when I called in for some warranty questions I discovered the oven was a 2016! I was sold an oven that was supposed to be brand new and found it was almost 3 years old! Not sure who is to blame but JennAir didn't follow up on my complaint of purchasing an oven that sat around for a few years. I would recommend everyone check the serial number to make sure your getting a new product!

Bought 2 years ago... nothing but problems and JennAir finally replaced it. New one doing exact same thing. Oven light comes on randomly and temperature cycles down 45 degrees before heats back to set temperature and takes 8 minutes to cycle up to set temperature before starting to cycle down again. Previous ovens I have owned only had 15 degree temperature decrease cycle before heating back up to set temperature.. which is more the standard. 45 degree drop is ridiculous!

Received a Kitchenaid manual, not a Jenn Air. Response from Customer Service was I received a multi paged printout, barely legible, made on a printer obviously low on toner. Oven lights have mysteriously turned on while out of town, and again in the middle of the night. Customer Service said they first heard about this issue in January, four months ago and still has no solution to fix it in sight. Our dealer was not even aware of the issue until I called him. Nice to keep known problems from potential customers. I was told it was not a "safety issue", even though it gets very warm due to the halogen lights heat production. Their solution, I could remove the lights until they can find a fix for the problem. Great, a several week old $3,700 oven, and I need to remove the lights. No thanks, FIX THE PROBLEM. Other than the above issues, it's hard to make a very thorough review after one month. We like the oven, hopefully if this gets fixed I can be more positive about customer service

Purchased this to replace a Chef Colection slide in range. Ticked most of the boxes. Large window into cavity makes a big difference. Heats evenly with quite a few cook options. No preheat bake allows warming food without a traditional preheat that would otherwise burn food. Soft close door, proper ball bearing rack, very few folds / cuts in metal cavity makes cleanup a breeze. Cullinary center is neat, wish it was expandable with updates. Lacks a water line for steam injection. Convection fans are quiet, but cooling fan rattles a bit. (at least on my unit.) 20A rating eases install requirements but limits preheat output. (in fairness it preheats quickly anyway, and even has a no preheat bake option) Overall I would buy again, great value for the price.

The unit was just installed in time for Thanksgiving. The turkey came out perfect, evenly cooked throughout. We are looking forward for more similar experiences.
